Q1. As to PD, I fear this is all wrong.
A: Sometimes a contract firm uses FEAR to try to make me think FEAR is holding them back before they agree to pay me the Federal rate out of my own money. Think about it; there's nothing to be feared! You're not breaking any rules! Why don't you read the rule book? Find IRS Publication 463, or the link to it, go to chapter 6, find "reimbursements" and read that page. (21-A9)
