Why Don't You Discuss Your Other Opportunities?

FAQs

Q1. Why don't you discuss your other opportunities?
A: It's not in my best interest to tell one firm what I'm doing with another, and I never pass information about opportunities with one firm on to another. Think about it. If I tell someone where my resume is, I am giving him/her a list of where my skills might be in demand. If there is anything on that list that they do not know about, they will send a sales representative to see if they can get a piece of the action. The bottom line is that it will increase my competition and that's something I do not need. Sometimes, and I have seen this more than once, a firm knowingly creates a conflict to cause an interview to be cancelled.

Q2. How can I contact you?
A: Give me a call or send me e-mail.
