Why Do You Want to Work at an HOURLY Rate?
Q: Why do you want to work at an HOURLY rate?
A: I always prefer to work at an HOURLY rate, because both sides tend to be happier that way. It means I always get an hour's pay for an hour's work. Client wants me to work all weekend? Fine; I get a nice check when I'm done and client gets a release out the door. I want some time off? Fine; the client is usually cool with it, because they don't have to pay me. (9/10-C3)
