What Is The Recruiter Like That You Want To Work With?
Q: What is the recruiter like that you want to work with?
A: I want to work with recruiters and agents who are able to glean enough information from my resume and a 5-10 minute phone interview to do an effective job match. I want to work with brokers who read my resume BEFORE they call me. If they have to ask me to rehash my resume for them verbally over the phone, they shouldn't be representing me. TIME is my most valuable commodity. Please do not waste it.
